Motivating group workout with measurable results
The XCORE workout is a dynamic 45-minute group training session featuring simple yet effective exercises combined with a set choreography. Thanks to the pre-choreographed programme, instructors can fully focus on their participants, ideal for gyms and highly motivating for members.
During the workout, participants use the XCO®-trainer: an aluminium tube filled with grit. With every movement, the grit shifts from one end to the other, creating reactive impact. This forces the body to work harder to maintain balance, resulting in more calories burned (400 to 700 per session) and stronger muscles.
